Dahlia apartment is situated on the 3rd floor (with an elevator) and will provide you everything what you need during your stay in Prague. This apartment can accommodate 4 persons in total!The apartment consists of one bedroom , a fully equipped kitchenette, one bathroom with a shower and a toilet. There is 1x double bed for 2 and a fold-able sofa for 2 in the kitchen. The kitchenette has all the equipment you need: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, stove top and a kettle, there are also hair dryer and an iron. The kitchen has a comfortable seating, dining set and very unique design of the floor. The bedroom has got a very antique furniture, a flat TV. The apartment is perfectly suitable for both family holiday or romantic holiday for couples!The apartment is located in the centre of Prague and it is ideal for exploring the historic centre, which is right on your door-step. You can walk to Náměstí Republiky or Florenc, which has a metro and a tram stop, in only 5 minutes. The Old Town Square (Staroměstské náměstí) and Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí) are 10 minutes away on foot. The Prague main railway station is only one tram stop away. The central bus station opposite of the house! A wide variety of restaurants and bars are to be found within walking distance, including several ones literally round the corner. The following points of interests are located within 7 or 8 minutes walking distance: • Dlouhá street: famous for its nice clubs (Roxy, Harleys etc.), bars, restaurants and cafés.
• The spectacular art-nouveau Municipal Hall (Obecní dům), great for classical concerts.

The price for accommodation consists of the accommodation fee (which includes the price of the stay, VAT and the city tax) and the cleaning fee. If the price of the reservation does not show the cleaning fee, then it is not included in the price and the cleaning fee will be collected on the spot at check-in. The cleaning fee is EUR 35. The deposit for this apartment is EUR 250.
